Cha Dodo is committed to ensuring your tea experience is as exceptional as the teas we craft. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to make it right with a simple and straightforward return process.

Returns Made Simple

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Your item should be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to process the return.

Getting Started

If you’d like to return an item, simply email us at support@chadodo.co.uk with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the process, including providing a return shipping label and clear instructions. Kindly note that items sent back to us without prior arrangement won’t be accepted.

A quick note: You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping unless we've made a mistake or the item is faulty.

Damages or Issues? Let's Fix It

We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but should anything arrive damaged or incorrect, please let us know immediately. Your satisfaction is important, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

What Can’t Be Returned?

For the health and safety of our customers, some items are non-returnable:

  • Opened teas, unless they're of unsatisfactory quality.
  • Sale items, which are non-refundable.

Exchanges Made Easy

If you’d prefer to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order. If there’s a price difference, we’ll ensure it’s processed promptly. Return shipping costs will apply.

A Special Note For Our EU Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As always, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Your Refund, Processed Swiftly

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it has, your payment will be refunded to the original method within 10 business days.

Do keep in mind that it may take your bank or card issuer some time to process the refund on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@chadodo.co.uk.
