Based in Northern Ireland, we strive to deliver our tea specialties promptly and sustainably to our domestic and international customers. Below, you'll find details about our shipping options, processing times, and delivery estimates.

Shipping Times

Orders are dispatched on weekdays within 1-2 working days.

If an order is placed before 1:30pm GMT then it is possible we can send an order out to the courier the same day.

If orders are collected by the courier on Friday then they will be out for delivery the following Monday.

Urgent order deliveries can be requested over the weekend with an extra surcharge.

Courier services are otherwise closed on bank holidays.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery times please reach out to us on support@chadodo.co.uk.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight to ensure the best price possible. We do not have any extra charges, only what is expected for postage.

Pickup & Local Delivery

We presently offer the option of pickup from our address and local delivery within a 3 mile radius.
